  Master Plan Update - 11/18/2009 
Caleb Racicot from Tunnell Spangler Walsh presented the details of the final Master Plan recommendations at the general membership meeting on Nov 18. Attending residents of the PHNA can vote on the Master Plan on Dec 16th at the general membership meeting at 7pm at the Druid Hills Baptist Church on the corner of Ponce and Highland Avenues. The Poncey-Highland Neighborhood Association is organized to bind together the Poncey-Highland neighborhood because we believe that this neighborhood is one of the finest areas in our city for urban living. We further affirm our strong belief in the ideal of self-government and believe that every resident of our neighborhood should be allowed the opportunity to participate in the decision-making and governing policies affecting the neighborhood.

Regular Neighborhood Association meetings held the 3rd Wednesday of every month at 7:00 p.m. at the Druid Hills Baptist Church at the corner of North Highland and Ponce de Leon. Enter on N. Highland side.
