Membership in the Poncey-Highland Neighborhood Association is open to all residents, 18 years of age, living within the boundaries of the association; all non-resident owners of residential property within the association boundaries; and all owners of businesses within the association’s boundaries. No person may hold more than one membership. There can be a maximum of two individual memberships per mailing address.

At the beginning of each year you will be asked whether you would like to continue your membership and to confirm your contact information.

VOLUNTARY CONTRIBUTIONS
Poncey-Highland Neighborhood Association does not require a membership fee. However a voluntary contribution is encouraged for the ongoing efforts to improve the neighborhood and maintain quality of life. Currently we ask each member for a minimal annual contribution of $30 per year and for businesses $60 per year. If you are contributing for the first time during our fall fund-raising efforts your contribution will count toward the upcoming calendar year.
